By staking tokens, you agree to the automatic fund distribution outlined in our staking contract (e.g., allocations to Dev, Marketing, Leader, and Pool).
You can claim profits every 24 hours, up to a maximum of 400% of your staked amount (in USDT).
Total commission earnings are capped at 4x your initial investment.
Azcoin offers a multi-level referral system. Commissions depend on your upline structure, as defined in the Member Contract.

Staked tokens are swapped to USDT via Uniswap for profit calculations.
Profits are distributed as 70% in the original token and 30% in AZC tokens, with AZC valued at 0.001 USDT (adjustable by admin).
All content, logos, and materials on Azcoin belong to Azcoin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not use or reproduce our content without written permission.
Azcoin is offered "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or full security.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages from your use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.
Upon termination, your access to Azcoin ends, though some provisions (e.g., dispute resolution) remain in effect.
Disputes will be settled via binding arbitration in Singapore, following the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules.
You waive rights to join class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of Azcoin indicates your acceptance.

Azcoin will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Azcoin's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. Azcoin may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Azcoin regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
By using Azcoin's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
